Essential Staff was founded because we saw a gap: southwestern Ontario families - in St. Thomas, Elgin County, and the communities around them - were being underserved by agencies located hours away in Toronto and the GTA. If you needed a PSW in Aylmer or overnight care in Port Stanley, you were searching for providers who did not actually know your community. We built Essential Staff to change that. • Provide 24-hour and emergency staffing for urgent facility needs
