Text
Q: What is a Personal Support Worker (PSW)? A PSW is a trained caregiver who helps individuals with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship. PSWs are the most common type of in-home care worker in Ontario.
Q: How quickly can you place a caregiver? In most cases, we can confirm a placement within 24–48 hours. For urgent situations, we can often respond the same day. Call us directly at +1 647 749 8189.
Q: Is the care covered by OHIP? OHIP does not typically cover private home care. Some services may be covered through Ontario Health at Home (formerly CCAC) if you have been referred. Our team can help clarify what funding options may apply to your situation.
Q: How are your caregivers screened? Every staff member undergoes a police background check, reference verification, and credential confirmation. We verify PSW certification, CNO registration for nurses, and any specialty training.
Q: What if the caregiver assigned isn't the right fit? We will arrange an alternative quickly. Finding the right match is part of our process, and we will work with you until it's right.
Q: What areas of Ontario do you serve? We serve St. Thomas, London, Toronto, Windsor, and communities across Ontario. Contact us with your location to confirm availability.
